Questions
How do I pay?
By UPI. After you fill the form, a secure checkout opens. You log in with a one-time code sent to your WhatsApp, then scan the UPI QR code with any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and pay.
Why does it say I'm in a queue?
During a rush, payments are processed one at a time. Keep the page open; your seats are held while you wait.
Where is my pass?
Right after payment, your pass opens on screen with a QR code. Save it with “Download pass” or add the page to your home screen. If you gave an email, we also send it there.
Money was debited but I didn't get a pass
Don't pay again. WhatsApp the organiser with your UPI reference number and we'll verify and issue your pass.
Do children need a pass?
Children under 5 enter free with a pass holder.
Terms & refund policy
Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, the full amount will be refunded to the original UPI account within 7 working days.
Each pass has a unique QR code and can be used for entry once. Questions? WhatsApp +91 00000 00000.
